I’m 100% on this and I’m 50-60% on the Nord-OST siege being a false flag

No but thanks for asking

I realize given the geopolitical circumstances it may not be immediately obvious this is a post about the New York Knickerbockers

OK well worst case scenario we blow it all up and next year we find new exciting reasons to want to kill ourselves

Ultimately, I benefit, because I’m one of the hoi polloi jamming up the entry line, but it’s not exactly an easy relaxing experience getting in

They’re quite good when you can get in. The point of the article was they used to be exclusive, so anyone who was able to get in had a nice relaxing time inside. I was not one of those people. However, entry into these lounges has been expanded quite a bit and there’s now frequently very long lines

I’m iffy on allegorical figures too. Give me a turkey or a redwood. The Golden Gate Bridge. Things of that nature.

“It’s for your own good” is patronizing but “it’s also for my own good” is just pragmatism.

Counterpoint: we should fuck over rural Virginia because it is hitlerite and deserves it

I’ve long thought we should not have any people on our money at all. There’s plenty of other things we could have pictures of and Madison was a hundred percent correct that it’s weird king shit to have some dude’s face staring at you whenever you engage in commerce.

There was an article a while back that people got mad about that said basically “lounges suck now because all the poors can get in” and I hate to say it but it was kind of right.

Lemme introduce you to my chariot, which moves 1 million butts per day.

I always budget in an extra hour just in case because a) I absolutely hate being late to things and b) the absolute worst case scenario is I post up at a bar and buy an expensive beer to sip while I read or listen to music. The advent of more and more airport lounges makes this even better

The various genres they cite are at least all arguable even if they don’t quite get there.

"why is he losing"

the journalists are on the other side

"why would you bring a journalist along with your specops strike force"

inserting the journalist is THE PRIMARY PURPOSE of the specops strike force

There’s a lot wrong with that book but it does seem self evident that populations that clump themselves in the same place in close contact with each other and also various other species of large mammal are going to develop some spicy immunities or go extinct

Now I’m curious what secret intelligence briefing he received, misunderstood, and is now regurgitating as “darker runways.”

This brings me back to my opinion that the praying coach decision is purely advisory and can be safely disregarded since it’s premised almost entirely on hypotheticals that Gorsuch prefers to treat as facts

To expand on this a little: one thing that playing fast and loose with the facts lets you do as a judge is lie about the legal principles you're using to decide cases

My assumption has always been that many of those schools were built during the New Deal, where spending fucktons of money was the point.

Joe Biden geared a tremendous amount of the ample economic and industrial legislation he got passed at red/rural areas in particular. Their thanks for that was to vote in even higher numbers for the guy that promised to nuke all that fresh investment that was sent their way.

He couldn't be shamed about killing tens of thousands of Palestinian children, but had to apologize to a statue of Jesus. If it were in a novel, you'd almost feel bad for the author's earnestness.

In his "most notorious [job] interview," Karp met Louis Mosley, an Oxford graduate whose grandfather Oswald Mosley was the British fascist leader during World War Il and once named "worst Briton of the twentieth century."
As soon as Mosley sat down, Karp began reciting from memory, for several minutes, one of Oswald's 1939 speeches demanding Britain seek peace with Nazi Germany. When finished, Karp executed tai chi moves and walked out without saying goodbye.

Thinking about it now, probably the most interesting use case for me at the moment is coming up with side quest prompts for my TTRPG campaigns because I absolutely hate doing the leg work of coming up with plot hooks that I inevitably improvise away from anyway.
