Yesterday we bid a bittersweet farewell to Caitlin, who has been with our team for EIGHT years!!! Caitlin has been tireless in her work to support great schools, believing that they can transform students' lives! We wish her luck continuing that passion in her new role at Mundo Verde PCS.

DC students are making strides in math, yet challenges remain post-pandemic. @empowerk12.bsky.social, the DC Education Research Collaborative, and the DME are collaborating to enhance math instruction across the city, including holding the inaugural DC Math Summit and launching the DC Math Hub.
In honor of AANHPI Heritage Month, our team visited the Sightlines: Chinatown and Beyond at the Smithsonian American Art Museum. Our team learned more about the history of DC's Chinatown and the complexity and depth of Asian American connections to DC. Check it out through Nov. 2025!
