I'd love to be able to organize pages I follow, so when I only want to see friends' life updates, or puppy pics, or political news, I can. Yes! When I had a reduction, I lost 8lbs. Now I'm trans & top surgery will remove another 5-8.

Since I started T, people keep saying I'm losing weight. I've only lost a few lbs (bc I actually have a metabolism now), but mostly it's tissue redistribution, plus muscle weighs more than fat.
