I'm sending heart energy with all my love.
My life is an imperfect journey of seeing deeply into the full humanity of my fellow brothers and sisters. Often, I miss the nuance and complexity of someone's uniqueness and even unintentionally contribute to wounding. Each moment is an opportunity for healing, reconciliation, and love to grow.
To target new life. To target Young life. This is an act of profound weakness and disconnection from the very energy that sustains us all. This act of violence is an act of a system crumbling away, flailing its final gasps in attempts to hold onto power.
I see all of our possibilities as a country in Liam's eyes. I see the centuries of our wounded past in his short life story. I want to be part of creating a future with Liam feel safe and celebrated and welcomed to share his gifts with the world!
May my last act be one of extending a hand to someone in need. May my last act be looking for someone in the eye and saying I'm not angry at you. May the moments of the remainder of my life be about connecting with others in creating this kind of America that Alex and Renee inspire.

Your mind can justify and rationalize anything. On its own, it can create a whirling dervish of chaos. Your heart can be your source of peace and balance. Your heart can steady and center you. Create alignment with your heart and mind. Allow heart's wisdom to guide mind. #Oneness
You are seen by love. You are held in love. You are the expression of love. You are love's gift to the world.
