As others have reported, California prep LHP Jared Grindlinger reclassified from the 2027 draft class into the 2026 draft class today. This comes over a month after the deadline, but Grindlinger got a waiver from MLB.

South Carolina LHP Jake McCoy underwent successful Tommy John surgery yesterday in New York City with Dr. Christopher Ahmad, per source.
Last season, McCoy struck out 77 batters in 60 innings over 14 starts as a sophomore. He was up to 97 mph last season and hit 98 in the fall.

I'm finalizing the Top 100 and farm rankings and it works out that, by a tiny margin (i.e. subject to change), this trade takes the Mets farm system from #1 ranked to #6...and also moves the Brewers from #6 to #1.
