The clinic staff doesn't known my political alignment and I don't know if I can keep this innie persona of being "chronically offline" before I get "caught"? π₯²
Each country has their own M/\G/\ citizens, amirite? π«

Sleeping soundly and with vindication tonight.
Hopefully the morning will smell fresh and hopeful with justice. π΅π
RIP William Shakespeare. You would have loved the Drake/Kendrick Lamar rap feud

Not a bad day to be a citizen of this forsaken country.
We're not "rich" but I'm glad we're sane enough to not re-elect terrible presidents and actually send them to THE HAGUE.
Hope that other place does the same. π€π

All that messy attitude from a Karen just to expose she's the one at fault in the first place?
I can't stand when patients lie??? π€
We said she should be grateful that it was only for a standard UA and not a drug test. The latter has legal consequences where I'm from.
And the other patient also had a + PT!
We demanded her to be HONEST and asked if she used that patient's sample (plot twist: they're "friends"). She admitted she did bc she was in a hurry and couldn't pee right away.
MA'AM???
...the day she had workups done, we didn't have a high volume of patients. It was impossible to have the samples mixed up.
She was so rude until our medtech came in bringing the results of another patient. They both have the same urinalysis results down to the decimal.
A patient we saw last week for a pre-employment medical exam returns at the clinic, furiously waving her results and yelling at our secretary.
One document says she has a positive PT and insists she isn't pregnant.
I told her it's impossible bc we have a very organized lab staff and...
If you see me posting but I havenβt replied to your messages, please donβt take it personally. Iβm just dissociating. As a little treat. π

Spent my first two years as a doctor teaching part-time as a small group preceptor and I'm happy to know the students I've taught are now in their final year as med students. π₯Ήπ
No more FACT CHECKING....
I cackled louder than I expected upon seeing this post. π« π
Beautiful garden/yard!!
The amount of art I've seen on social media pop off after that halftime show. Kendrick Lamar has really crazy talented and creative fans out there.
It hasn't happened to me so often in the past but I was very close to her. And yes it was, I ended up having one more slice. π€
Ube are native to where I'm from. I've seen her make it from scratch, and it's a real labour of love.
It's just different when someone you loved made it. Doesn't compare to the stuff you get in restaurants and groceries. π«
Grief snucked up on me today during my workplace's cake party.
Had a corner piece of an ube flavoured cake. Was happily savouring every bite until it reminded me of my late grandmother, who made ube jams from scratch during big family gatherings and gave to-go ones in Tupperware.

The original pic is coloured but I edited a B&W version. Gives more glam IDK π
There's a lot of senior doctors, at least where I'm from, who think like this. They discourage not just their colleagues but even their students to remain apolitical and just "focus on their studies". Some don't even believe in burnout and mental health. π€‘
