My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?

Authoritarianism is very solid and it is difficult to break it down on the other hand democracy is fragile...

Russia's war has been a terrible trigger for the far right in Europe. They are all over Europe.

Great news. A viable Syria must be built so that years of destruction and tears are not repeated and so that radicalization does not gain ground.

I believe competing with the US and China in technology and trade is far more vital. This requires investments amounting to 5% of the EUโ€™s GDP. If EU member states fulfill their obligations to NATO, I believe it provides sufficient security so duplicating NATO is unnecessary.

I think acting as if NATO is over is an exaggeration. The EU shouldnโ€™t duplicate it, but align with it. The EU should invest 5% of its GDP, as Draghi suggests, to stay competitive with the US and China.

The EU is more valuable as a power that prioritises universal values. It uses the power of persuasion instead of the power of arms, and transforms its environment through integration. Otherwise, it is no different from any other force that uses armed force. If it is required, NATO is already there.

Unfortunately, they are unaware of the potential cost of common defence and security. The EU already has NATO and the EU is more valuable as a soft power!

A meaningless and hostile endeavor, while Russia is waiting for a war, Greece's attitude towards a NATO country, which is an EU candidate, will serve no purpose other than weakening EU security.

So whether you take a humanitarian or a realist point of view, this kind of aid is in Europe's interest.

There may be realists who think that such humanitarian aid is a waste of money, but it can be seen as an early move to avoid possible migration crises. Every American move in the Middle East is a bill for EU and a trigger for challenges.

Populist policies are misleading people. What needs to be done is to convince the neutrals in favour of peaceful policies. I'm sure the swing voters who voted for Trump regret it.

I hope we will begin to see years of democracy and friendship in the world. The future with dictators and threats is bleak.

Trump's foolish policies are somehow increasing the influence of the #EU more than ever before. If the former allies of the #US unite under the umbrella of the European Union, the world could witness a new hegemon.

Sometimes I feel like I have no time for anything.

Trump must be out of his mind. Economic wars lead to mutual poverty. Especially if you are against your allies. Unfortunately, US has chosen to destroy its long-term profits for short-term threats. Loss either way!

Europe must be ready for any threat, at every level of society.

Today, we present a strategy to better anticipate risks and prepare response, step up civil-military cooperation and work closely with partners.

Because the best way to face threats is to stay ahead of them.
