My perception is probably slightly wrapped from being at a 40+ player chaos draft event this weekend (that's a lot of players for Stockholm, some people had literally never drafted before) where people were mulliganing left and right.

This is true. I'll add: I don't know if this PSA is mostly about mulling more in cube or mulling less in retail. In my experience players mulligan retail like it's cube/constructed 😅 personally I should probably mulligan more in cube.

I've been playing a lot of magic this week. After kinda taking a break through SPM. And I've been making a lot of game losing mistakes this week. We will see if I'm washed or if I just need some warm up 😅

Powered cube on arena is a lot of fun. Below was my favorite draft this evening.

They should, think I managed to push a few more people into last minute submissions. People do not agree on what's best tho and that's fun. Can't wait to fire up the cube when I get home in a few minutes.

I also made some picks where I think there could be a better card. But the better card is more difficult to play. E.g stock up over any counterspell. I hope we get some really wacky data. Like some of the best cards the first week being some of the worst cards the second week.

The more I think about the 17lands data for powered cube. The more I think it'll just be bad. One of my #p0p1 challenge picks was reanimate. But I've been convinced into thinking that the data will probably say that this is a bad card. (Mostly because I think the reanimate archetype will be bad)

With this one I finally think I got a few players from the Stockholm limited scene hooked into a p0p1! Feels like it will be a once in a lifetime opportunity to do this for a vintage~ cube 💪

Sadly I didn't print screen this deck because it didn't trophy. But it was probably the best deck all weekend. double raptor, double chrysalis, ajani, laelia are the highlights I remember. But sometimes your opponent just plays unfair magic too.

Ran really well this weekend with 6 boxes to my name. Here's the 3 trophies. I should probably install 17 lands so I can contribute to the Ulamog gih winrate (internet disclaimer: it's not a good card btw)
