I am reminded that the Framers of the US Constitution would settle personal insults with an invitation to duel to the death.

I didn't write the "New Testament"...
I like to point out that Jesus Christ must have been born with XX chromosomes because of the immaculate conception and virgin birth.
#5++!
The Framers of the US Constitution expected that before things would get this bad, norms would have been enforced through dueling, as seen in Hamilton.
The motions to dismiss based on malicious prosecution are going to be really easy now.
One reason that the Constitution is very poorly written is the Framers expected norms to be enforced by duels as seen in Hamilton.
Hate on a Plate!
Keep in mind, everyone in the kitchen and catering staff. everyone. everyone hates Donald Trump.
That plate is the physical manifestation of their hate.
Isn't a baby-ruth minus "chocolate"* a pay-day bar?
* For some values of chocolate. Zero is a value.
Indeed, Jesus Christ's "Immaculate Conception" and Mary being a virgin when Jesus was born means -- scientifically -- Jesus Christ's biological sex must have been female, as there was no way for a Y chromosome to get to the egg.
One day, "It" will happen, by which I mean sudden and unexpected news that you want to celebrate. In such cases, you will want the right outfit. ๐งต
Sadly, the question "Was this designed for use by actual people?" is most often answered these days, "No."
If you're wondering what happened to Nancy Grace, keep in mind that she looked like she could have been Kavanaugh Stopped.
Do you ever get tired of being wrong all the time, boy?
I would LOVE to hear your argument that the Chinese Exclusion Act wasn't predicated on egregious unconstitutional racism, despite its very name. Go right ahead...

Also, if you're right, why weren't there any "immigration laws" the racists invented them in 1882?
THIS COUNTRY is a "Nation of Laws". The US Constitution is the "highest law of the land" from which all lawful authority is derived.
THIS COUNTRY did not give Congress authority to regulate so-called "immigration laws". AND YOU HAVE NOT PROVEN IT DOES -- USING THE TEXT OF THE CONSTITUTION.
I see the problem. You're talking about "borders" and Article IV, Section 3 empowers Congress to admit new states and regulate territories.
I'm talking about "immigration enforcement", which is unconstitutional since no authority for it exists and all so-called laws are void ab initio.
By attacking me instead of refuting my points, you have tacitly conceded.
Yeah, that track on drugging women with spanish fly in the 1960's album "It's true, it's true" was just fucking hilarious.
This is right up there with Jackie Chan skateboarding in 1984's Wheels on Meals.
And that's retaliation....
Since Congress never Constitutional authority to regulate immigration, and it was invented by racists in 1882 with the Chinese Exclusion Acts, it's no surprise.
Ok. Just so it's clear that you oppose the rule of law and the US Constitution as the highest law of the land, simply because it interferes with your racist hatred of people who just want to come here, raise their families, and pay taxes.
"Ought to be guilty"
Go re-read my last post to you, and try to follow the simple, clear, and direct instructions within, because this answer is non-responsive.
You may also want to google the terms "unconstitutional", "rule of law", and "highest law of the land"
Show me where it says "we get to choose who comes in" in Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution or shut the fuck up.
Just because racists shoved through the Chinese Exclusion Acts in 1882 doesn't change the fact that Congress doesn't have and never had authority to regulate where you, me, or any person chooses to live.
Yeah, well, THIS COUNTRY IS A CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC.
Congress does not, and has never had authority to regulate where any person chooses to live. This is called "Liberty".
If you want to change that, pass an Amendment.
