We have a wonderfully culturally diverse community here in Minneapolis. Like any other city citizens are safe from the type of "profiling" and possible harm described, but if you wear your racism on your sleeve you will be watched because as we showed this winter we protect eachother.

Excellent, keep up the good work. The willfully ignorant deserve to fall behind.

I love when they try to slander us by calling us those "educated types".

That ability seems so trivial but for so many blind people their sleep matters are messed up because the body has no concept of night and day.

Also little things like being able to tell when you leave a room because the light changes, or when someone else makes a change to the light in a room.

Very interesting stats in this thread. On the pretext that Somali-Americans were committing fraud in MN, the Trump administration has deported hundreds of MN Latin Americans with no criminal history

Originally shared today's @theflytrapmedia.com reprint on male rape in pop culture and how framing it as a joke harms everyone with poor phrasing ("butt of jokes") that seved to accidentally illustrate my point about how engrained male rape jokes are in popular culture.

Screenshot of a tweet by Melanie D’Arrigo criticizing a man accused of sexual assault, quoting a post from Aaron Rupar. Fairly sure Elanor Roosevelt had some great sex, and probably with both men and women.

But then, most of the Bas Ass historical women most likely had great sex unless terrible SA was the impetus of their becoming of note.

I remember not liking it when it was first released, go figure angsty teenage boy doesnt like odd take on Shakespeare. But now I see the creative beauty of it and all the performances are all some of the best recorded visually of this story.

Casting across the board was near perfect.

Now, Russia invading might actually be welcomed by them and become a quick process. They love their "Rather be Rissian than Democrat" merch.

Thin Lizzy "The Boys are Back in Town".

The resort owner that the camp staff hung out at used to call us the Boys of Summer and for my teen to early twenties mind that song just seemed to fit and takes me back to that time of shaping young kids and shenanigans.

If thr heating igniter failed and there was a buildup of gas in thr burner it might explode. It has happened in homes around here over thr years in homes, though a home has more space to fill with the proper mixture of fuel and air.
