I'm just realising that it's okay to not draw and create every day and that "unproductive" days are completely normal and needed in order to preserve the joy of making art. I always feel bad when I take a day off but it prevents me from burning out myself.

I wouldn't promote this only bc h5n1 has been found in raw milk and exposure to it will give the virus more chance to mutate to be easier transmitted between humans.
