Artwork of the sea monster version of Fornax (an au roe: roegadyn and au ra mix) from their pirate AU. They're snarling and baring their sharp teeth, and appear to be in a mid-lunge pose, their large, clawed scaly hands quite visible. Their form has a lot of dark scales covering their jaw, arms and hands, and some of their torso, some parts of the scales having a vibrant red glow beneath. They also have four horns, a row of black sharp teeth on each corner of their mouth, black neck fins with markings that have the same red glow, a bifurcated jaw, and a hint of clavicle spikes. Their long, unkempt hair flows behind them against a solid red background that matches their scale and neck fin glows.
