Believe me, its possible. I spent 30 years involved in food production mostly meat plants across the world. You would not believe some of the things I saw.

I'm not a customer but have been in many meat plants over the years. Most do a burger or spag bol mix which is 80/20 beef pork mince mix. Might be that?

For God's sake never ask for chorizo in a paella over here. They go crackers. My local bar do us a meat paella and whisper to me " mum will put chorizo in for you, keep low" Blesd them.

A fair few sizes bigger than your I expect! We saw them in Crewe must be at least 15 years ago. They were very good.

Agreed. I saw them at Crystal Palace on this tour. In those days it was one show per tour.
I've seen them a further 55 times since but missed the last tour due to ill health.
