I was up early today so made the @simonsarris.bsky.social waffles. They're a hit!

Ok I can reproduce this inasmuch as its a caching problem. I'll file a bug and you can decide if its a bug or not :D
oof this may actually be a purely caching issue. My app now works on any query params except the original ones I was testing. What's the best way to for-sure delete the cache here?
Sorry for the live debug narration. Might be able to repro now.
I cannot reproduce it with a small example but I can't-not reproduce it with my actual app ๐ฑ
Every time I try /blah.html?p=123 I get redirected to /blah (stripped of params) even before my hook is called. Very confused. On a brand new app (same pkg.json), this doesn't happen.
I'm having a bit of trouble with repro because I cannot get it to consistently work or consistently fail!
My main use case here is turning blah.html?someParams reliably to blah?someParams. I'll experiment more with repro today. this is sadly very blocking for me!
actually all this caching is making it fiendishly difficult to fine tune a hooks.ts...
Not exactly a bug but if you don't go off in search of the docs and stumble upon this, I could see it really tripping someone up with this kind of caching during dev
@rich-harris.dev this absolutely murdered me today!
I had a hooks to reroute /blah.html -> /blah
I commented out, then deleted the hooks file
it *still* rerouted /blah.html to /blah! I could not figure out why. And then I could not figure out how to diagnose query params bc of this.

was talking to a friend about that this morning. Gasoline costs the same as it did in 2005. Feels very weird.

incredible
I try to burlap the most vulnerable ones on their first year, but I generally adhere to the practice of really burying the roots and using lots of mulch, which not all rose gardeners think is best, though I think its becoming more common.
