2nd week on a GLP1. Adjusting diet and creating habits around eating too. This isn’t easy but I’m committed and doing it, and since I’m missing a bajillion iced coffees and tasty things I do want, I deserve a little treat. Which one do I want?
Week 2 of glp1. Legit cannot afford the damned amount of meds and supplements i need this week, due to a mistake in judging what I could or could not eat, and a stock up of protein supplements. I’ll power through it. And learn that lesson. But, my tummy hurts 😭
