It’s a lot easier to see in it, in real time - rather than it is to crop back to it later. IMHO anyways.

I have a viewfinder app on my phone, and I’ll often use it first to preview the scene.

My fear is if I sell one, I’ll never be able to afford to repurchase it. lol.

It’s a fun one to print too. It’s where these scenes actually come alive.

I always loved the idea of that camera. And I love Fuji lenses.

Thanks for all that. I’ll definitely keep my eye out for those issues. But I think at current prices it’d be a stretch to imagine it making it in my collection.

I hear you… totally. Especially in this rending. The houses on the left took on a very suburban anywhere look that wasn’t so obvious in person.

I believe the lights are a tribute to Yokohama’s history - being the first in Japan to adopt gas street lights in the late 1800’s.

I do think it’s imperative to find scenes that pull you through a frame, and stack up visuals to showcase depth… And that’s really hard in an ultra wide frame, I think anyways.

I ended up buying a couple bulk packs of those silica pouches and I spread them liberally a bunch of places where the cameras park. Especially the bags and hard cases.
