It’s funny I worry about falling running. The only time I’ve fallen recently was a few months ago down my back steps (just two!) trying to keep my cat from escaping. 😅 my shoulder is still a bit funky from it.

I live in fear of falling and my body becoming “old” rather than just middle aged due to injury. Like, I’m fit and I run almost every day…but one slip? Ugh. I mostly run inside now because of it.
