Sometimes I forget that I’m on so many platforms. So here’s a game I’m going to play soon.

I just finished the snes version. Now I’m wondering if this one is harder? I’ll probably play it to knock if off the backlog.

Is this hard? Easier or harder than the SNES version?

If this boss was as hard as level seven, I probably would’ve had to play the game again…twice. #snes

Have you finished this Karnov? Maybe I should play it. I did years ago but I’m not sure I’ve ever completed it.

Double Dragon and other beat-em-up games were a huge part of my gaming growing up. Do you remember playing this one?

Maybe I just thought lion king was hard due to the controls. The more I play it, the easier it becomes.

While I’d prefer a brand-new Donkey Kong Country game, I can’t complain too much about Nintendo revisiting the series. What are your thoughts? Do you want a new DK adventure, or are you happy with this series returning in any form?

Reboot was one of my favorite shows as a kid. I always thought it would make a fantastic video game—until I played it on the PlayStation.

It was amazing to watch the characters grow, the villains were memorable, and for its time, the animation was groundbreaking.

Who else remembers watching this?

Another game that’s on my ā€˜I should finish this’ list: The Lion King for the SNES. I’ve never even finished it—all because of that jump on the ostrich in the early level.

Did you ever finish it? Or where did you get stuck? Should I go back and finish it?

Double Dragon on the NES—played it endlessly as a kid, and it’s still a blast today. Anyone else throw down with this classic?

So much for sticking to the budget… Three trips back and forth, and the collection keeps growing! It’s hard to say no when you find deals like these. Do you ever set a collecting budget, or is it just ā€˜whatever happens, happens’? #gamers #collectors

This week, it’s been all about cleaning and organizing in the game room. Sure, I didn’t get to play anything, but finding those boxed NES games made it all worth it.

It’s not every day you come across gems like these. What’s the rarest find you’ve ever added to your collection?

Finally added some new Nintendo games to the shelf! Two new columns meant a full shelf rearrange—and a tough decision to move some Wii games to make space.

Now to figure out where to store all the NES boxes

Have you ever had to rearrange your collection for new pickups? Let me know your strategy!

Recently, I picked up an awesome pickup, while it wasn’t cheap, it was still crazy to find all those boxed games at once.

Every time someone says, ā€˜Just emulate it,’ I have the same response:

What about the other side of collecting?

The thrill of the hunt, chatting with buyers + sellers, cleaning, testing them out ( and discovering hidden gems), and finally organizing everything on the shelf.

Physical or Digital?

Who else is spending their Sunday in the game room?
I’ve got a mountain of games to clean, a list of cartridges to test, and (fingers crossed) enough time left to play!

What’s your go-to game for a chill Sunday afternoon? Or are you busy organizing your collection too?
