What a week. Launched a Star Trek anniversary season at work (come check it out), saw a good friend get married, and squeezed some great beers in the mix. Lovely cask from Azvex & Salt, Fidens DIPA and an excellent beer and label from Azvex.

I've always felt like zerodegrees almost begrudges being a brewery and would prefer just to be a cocktail bar. It's an odd place.

Fantastic piece from Pete about the demise of Brewdog.

Although fundamentally James Watt was never punk. I don't believe the term was ever anything more than a marketing angle for him. The level of hypocrisy, commercialism and general scumminess he's exhibited are the antithesis of punk culture.

Always impressed by their beers, even though I don't see them in a lot of other pubs or bottle shops. Also highly recommend the Mexican Seoul restaurant next-door to their Victoria Park location, stunning food.

Can you believe Pokémon is 30 years old?! I had the pleasure of discussing it's impact on ITV News from our Power Up gallery in the @sciencemuseum.org.uk yesterday. Do you think it has another 30 years in it? I'd say probably.
