Is there a #Spacedogs fic where Adam cleans the wrong windows and that’s how he meets Nigel? I feel like that or something similar exists but my tired brain can no longer decide if I read it or if I thought that would be a fun premise. #Hannibal

I did finally look under my dresser and I need to vacuum under there but there was nothing more frightening than cat hair. No portal to an alternate dimension or anything fun. I’m kind of disappointed to be honest

Yesterday I dropped off two more acts to get fixed. These poor babies were pissed. Then at 1:30 this morning the boy started crying and finally at about 3:30 I just let him out. I feel briefly back asleep and then got up at 4:30 to swim. I’m tired.

I’m working from home today and my cat came barreling into my room, stared underneath my dresser swishing her tail, growled, and then abruptly ran out of my room.

I’m afraid to go look under there.

When we first moved to Phx my bf said he aspired to live in a house on the hill and my sister (who has a very dry sense of humor) said “you know you don’t have to live on a hill to look down on everyone else” and to date that remains one of the funniest things she has ever said 😂

lol if only it were that easy, but I’m trying to make sure spare rooms are set up

Yeah maybe they were driving in for the weekend but they’re probably not going to cancel a week long trip involving airfare because I have a cold. I did tell them but then my nephew also has a cold right now so 🤷‍♀️

It’s awesome to get sick right before you have family visiting while trying to get the house ready for them. 🥳

I have also watched Will and Hannibal fall off that cliff many more times than I have actually watched TWoTL. Which is already a lot. I don’t have many obsessions but when I do I don’t do them halfway 😂

As long as I’m on the subject I also really love the ending of Theef (which is probably my favorite episode of the series). The way DD delivers Mulder’s final line “You do keep me guessing” gets me every single time. I have actually rewound the episode just to hear him say it again

I’m watching XFiles episodes in my illness. I skip around, but I put on Triangle because while #Hannibal has a number of great love confessions my favorite from any show is still the one at the end of this episode:

Cat I most recently fixed. I kept her a little extra cause she was pregnant but she’s out of confinement now … however she has yet to leave the house lol. I tossed her a couple of treats that she ignored and then circled back for. I’m ok with her sticking around a bit. Safer that way

Well the bf got a nasty cold I was hoping to avoid but at the tail end of the day yesterday my throat started feeling a little off. I was hoping I was just tired but this morning I am definitely sick. Booo

I went through the list and just wrote down anything I thought might be fun and realized I’d written down like half of them. I need to be a bit more discerning. I picked 9 last year and while I think my results were all decent, it was a lot 😂

Last time I was on X was January and I mean, there’s a reason for that, but I have gone in to look at OWF prompts and there are so many good ones 😂

Thank you. 24 hours and I’m ok but I can feel the pressure building after that. Makes it hard to focus my vision too. 😣

Also the cat I dropped off this morning will not be ready until 6 or after, when this place typically closes at 6, but I’m trying not to complain about that cause they didn’t have to take her and they did.

I just have a constant headache cause of the lack of eye drops and I’m very frustrated

Well, eye drops aren’t going to be ready today cause they’re out of stock. Apparently they’re not normally stocked at this store… which is curious since every other time I’ve been they’ve had them in stock, so I guess I’ve just been consistently lucky. (Sarcasm)

Alright. I have finally figured out my eye drops so I suppose I can be slightly less cranky. Besides, I would rather focus on positive things like new OWF prompts to choose from …

I fucking hate US healthcare. I will not be debating this point.
