Im not a sworn juror. As an American I believe the only way to restrict someone’s freedoms is though the justice process. That means evidence needs to be presented in court where it can be determined what is real and what isn’t.

I honestly feel everyone wronged should get the justice they deserve but I’m genuinely curious how a lawyer could be of this opinion. Can you help me understand, my thought process has changed to something along these lines. Do I believe accusations? It’s not appropriate for me to comment.

I read the CNN article and it outlines that there was nothing illicit in the text messages they were provided so I’m not sure I would say there’s a mountain of evidence. I think the victims deserve justice but I think it’s all very suspicious.
