Interesting. Can't say I've heard that opinion before. I mostly didn't mind combat but there were more than a few moments where the game would not register the brush strokes I tried to make. That was mostly puzzle brushes rather than combat though.

The pacing issues are all with dialogue. The game can't stop itself from inserting unnecessary dialogue all over the game. It's mostly from Issun. Might be one of those things where if you like that character, then it's easy to look past. I did not.
