Tbf I don't think the use of they/them is mandatory for being non binary or anything, I'm nb and don't consider myself masc (I mostly have a feminine gender expression though) and I strictly use he/him bc the french equivalent of they/them doesn't feel right to me even though I'm gender neutral 😊

Trying to kill a human doesn't make him evil. Rem not being able to speak up back then doesn't make her evil. And that's something Vash needs to understand about her, about humans, about himself

Vash tried to kill Legato and he hates himself for it bc it's unacceptable, (even though I don't like the way it was made but that's another story) but he needs to understand that he made a mistake, the situation was difficult on him and it pushed him into making this mistake

I don't think that was the point, it's to show that Rem made a mistake too. She's not evil, she's human. She knew in her gut it was wrong but didn't have the confidence to speak up back then. She carried this guilt with her and that's why she hid Vash and Knives from the other humans, to repent

Stampede's pacing was already a problem for me, it didn't leave time for open conversations and bonding between characters enough for me, but I guess that's a problem I learned to tolerate lol. Now I'm happy with every crumbs of bonding the characters get 😂

For now I'm just kinda sad that we didn't see Meryl and Wolfwood's reunion, it was funny last episode but I needed a real conversation between them too they went through a lot together. The fast pacing in general is kinda frustrating but now I'm used to it from Stampede so

The fight scenes and camera movements are soooo cool, loved the puppets designs and animations too, music is always on point and I LOOOVED the reunion with Wolfwood and Meryl!! Vash's genuine smile at Wolfwood and tears at Meryl's speech really warmed my heart it was so cute 😭
