That’s where it gets interesting. If people born to undocumented immigrants are not subject to our jurisdiction, then we can’t do ANYTHING to them. We can’t arrest them, we can’t deport them, we can’t do anything to them. If you’re not under our jurisdiction, then we can’t apply our laws to you.
