My second Wild Sonnet on married love is from The Wild Sonnets: Volume II. When I wrote this in 2018, my wife and I had been married for 25 years – hence the reference to 100 seasons. Happy Valentine’s Day.

Over the past few months I have encountered an increasing number of critiques accusing writers and other artists for being ‘performative.’ I have always believed that art is performance. The reason for my stance – much of my time in the arts has been in the theater. www.wildsonnets.com
