I slightly overdid my banana and walnut loaves but they were still delicious, I always worry about them being slimy if they are underdone. #baking

Charity shop dressing table assembled, about to run some finish restorer over it, in honour of it’s beauty I bought a vanity set off Ebay for a tenner. I badly need to finish decorating my bedroom. #thrift #bargain

I had to go into Hexham for a chest X-Ray after my pneumonia so I hit the charity shops, overmantle mirrors, books and a toby jug teapot. There is also a beautiful dressing table (dismantled) not pictured…what a haul #thriftshopping
I still find long needles cumbersome, if I have to use any I use the shorts. The circulars are a joy.
I much prefer to knit in the round, I find big needles awkward now and I loathe sewing the pieces together.
I can’t crochet but I suppose it’s because I’ve never really tried.
The collar has ended up a bit bigger than it should have, I got the pattern off Ravelry

I was talking to my big son yesterday about our musical hall family, my auntie Eunice was a Betty with Wilson, Kepple and Betty and we couldn't make our minds up if it was quite the right sort of thing now. #politicallyincorrect or not?
