There is nothing special about America.

Every ICE agent exists in a moral pit, wallpapered with the lie of righteous violence and financial desperation. There is no peak for the United States to climb to, some illuminated spire of aspirational excellence for the world. It is an abyss.

How much money and manpower did the United States waste on kidnapping the head of a sovereign government? How much actual, measurable aid could they have provided with the money they've squandered on trafficking two human beings?

Every day, the United States shows how in lock-step it has become with Nazi Germany.

Been quiet for a while, getting things settled here in Portugal. I've been teaching and tutoring remotely.

The single most depressing part of my life is group tutoring high schoolers in the US.

I want to thank my teachers when I was a teenager for somehow getting me through despite my best efforts
