I'd be more suspicious if someone DID wash their car in daylight 😃 (when everyone else is away at their jobs or at supermarkets for groceries/so on).

Devious bastards. This deepens my sneaking suspicion that anything I’ve ever deleted from the internets still lives on somewhere, quietly moonlighting as training data forever.
Don't everybody do that?
Who even has the time to wash them in daylight?
Mark Ruffalo looking thicc in TASK (2025)
Bear of Easttown
I saw it late too!
Good to see it renewed for S2 but will miss Tom Pelphrey.
Observations:
That rubbing cold water from.a river/lake on shoulders is common in India too...I thought ppl here used to do that based on religious doctrine but looks like it's scientific as usual 😃
Was reminded of Sons of Anarchy during the MC scenes. And sometimes of Sopranos, Ozark etc.
So I finally caught up with Task (streaming on jio hotstar in India). I got a jiohotstar subscription free with my mobile recharge. Task was slow burn + gripping. After a long time I binged a few eps in 1 go. Tom Pelphrey was a revelation- I haven't watched much of him earlier. Good plot.
I don't want to do any of this. I just want to be paid for my work but even that is becoming a huge challenge, because you get less paid if you're not manipulative 🙄🙄🙄. Wanting a better salary for urself now means becoming good at manipulation and scheming.
Ugh. 😵💫
Workplace politics (corporate) sucks.
Why can't it be simple to just go to work, do ur job, come back home and get paid at the end of the momth? But no, u r expected to navigate murky waters, perform firefighting between people, get mud slinged on urself, manipulate ppl, scheme ur way & more.
Saw few mins of The Fall & Rise of Reggie Dinkins but couldn't get into it at all. A few eps of Criminal Minds, which were okayish.
Among cinema: Thudarum, A Useful Ghost, Linda Linda Linda, Wuthering heights (Japanese adaptation, 1988) and Once a Thief. All were good worthy watches.
What have you been watching/reading? (Sorry again I've been away).
I haven't done any reading lately but watched quite some stuff, from pilots of shows to cinema.
S1 Ep1 of The Madison. Nice to see veteran actors like Michelle Pfeiffer getting key roles, first ep tackled grief & other themes.

Favorite hybridizers: Arthur Bliss. 'Tom Tit' from 1919 is a nice little MTB sized purple with a pretty satin sheen. Sadly I only have this single photo of it. Must not have been much of a bloomer while I had it, but it sure is cute. #iris🌱
Beautiful Amaryllis.
Felt good to see this. More ppl need to protest like this. Vizag, it's your turn now.

Flower arrangement at an exhibition featuring Ornamental cabbage aka Brassica kale. Such lovely swirls in it. Hadn't even known this cabbage existed.
Since tonight’s episode is all about empathy, we should acknowledge a #TNGSunNight passing. Shelly Desai, born in Bombay and who moved to the U.S. to become an engineer & became an actor instead, passed away at the age of 90 this week. He played one of the first Bolians in Star Trek. #DesiWatch

Cute kitten on the street
Testing...
That I reserve for the X app, bluesky is still a darling despite the glitches (like a hardboiled egg has a heart of gold) 😁
Yest I was intermittently deleting the cache. Let me try again today. Thanks for checking.
Upload itself is giving error. I tried uploading the error screenshot and even that is failing, lol.
Massie needs to get that out asap to people he trusts before he inadvertently falls out of a window.
