The rate of suicide is higher in men because of that old bullshit of "Be a man" and that causes us not to speak up which in turn breaks you mentally and boom suicide. Sorry if I was rambling. But this is big fucking deal to me.

I don't think people realize just how much of an issue mental health is. And how many people commit suicide because of it. As a person who didn't find out that he had ADHD till I was 51 years old my mental health was a serious issue. Also as a man we have always been told sick it up and be a man.
