Although I misread, I thought he was agreeing with my stance that all weather is bullshit. Rain, snow, cold, all of it can suck it.

One thing that I think some not-youngs forget (and is different from 20 years ago) is that Kirk used his ‘debates’ to generate video that could go viral and, to use an old phrase, catapult the propaganda. His debates weren’t in any way, shape, or form educational.

I have been doing the same. All the "bad" Charlie Kirk "quotes" are fake or out of context.

I have been doing the same. All the "bad" Charlie Kirk "quotes" are fake or out of context.

This all changes so so rapidly, but as of 6:30 PM on Sunday night, the argument appears to be “every bad quote of Charlie Kirk’s has been taken out of context, and with thoughtful critical analysis you’ll see there’s nothing wrong with them, but if you posted them online, you should lose your job”

The media reaction to the death of Charlie Kirk should be a wake up call to everyone. Cancel your subscription, quit reading the works of people who think Charlie Kirk was practicing politics the right way, or that he was a decent human being. He wasn’t either of those things

People don’t understand, Senate Democrats have a plan. They will cave on cabinet nominees then cave on the CR then cave on the budget and then hope they do well in the midterms.

I think what is making everyone so angry isn’t just the cowardice of Senate Democrats, it’s their cowardice in comparison to the random normal person who runs for school board to oust a Moms for Liberty freak

Among the material devastation to everyday people, Senate Dems have now blown a hole in their ability to work with the House.

We had an agreed upon plan, House took immense risk, then Senate turned around midway and destroyed it w/ a fear-based, inexplicable abdication.

They own what happens next.

Senate Democratic leadership essentially played dead today and greenlit the Trump-Musk-Vance coup. What is the point of the Democratic Party if it doesn't actually act like an opposition party? Hello?

A one page comic story with Jonah Hex shooting the last of the bad guys who was trying to snipe him from a roof.

This is a one page I did just for fun but doing a full JONAH HEX story is still on my want-list. It will happen, sooner or later, it will: I grew up in the spaghetti-western country and watched uncountable western movies for a reason after all :)

I love to call my Senators' offices three times per week and try to cajole them into doing the most elementary political messaging and strategy. This is what it means to be an engaged citizen: leaving a strenuously polite voicemail for a 74yo on a more regular cadence than I talk to my parents.

The institutional Democratic Party is guided by an almost pathological level of conflict avoidance in almost every direction. “What can we do to make the least number of people mad?” is just a bankrupt way to operate.
