The First WORLD FENCING LEAGUE is happening April 25th!!! I'M GEEKING!!!
Japanese engineers developed this "Sword Tip Visualisation" tracking technology specifically for this event that will make it so much easier for the average person to see what's going on!
I MUST WATCH THIS ENTIRE TOURNAMENT

come on man.
But I think this might be a little too cheesy and people might get a little annoyed by him after a while. I don't know. Just something that I figured I'd throw at the idea dartboard as one way this could go to be a possible solution to what you're talking about. π€π€·ββοΈ/5
Luis from Antman ends up getting taken by The Watcher at the end of Secret Wars to live in his sanctum. And he acts as the sort of Chorus/Narrator to give a quick summary of what happened in the last movie or shows that is setting us up for what we're about to see. /4
I'd be curious to see a few experimental intro models for them to put on a few of these. π€
I have kind of a weird idea for one framing device. /3
But the synopsis/previously on set up you mention made me think of and remember the prologue intro they did for The Phantom w/ the framing "For Those Who Came In Late" /2
I assume they assumed people were tired of doing the whole serial Flash Gordon style intro or might accuse them of ripping off StarWars and see them as lame or something and would see this as a hindrance rather than an aid for casuals or regular viewers who might've 4got due to the long wait. /1
Had to draw that kids chopper ride from that ad I saw the other week, but with Blanka and Sakura going for neighborhood treats
Snow cone errands are most important errands π§

The concept of a vomit draft has been around as long as there have been writers to vomit them out. Who gives a shit if someone discovers it via writing challenge, New Yorker interview, tweet, subreddit, classroom, or whatever? If it moves someone to explore the arts, itβs a win for humanity imo.
idk why this would make any normal person mad lol. Heβs a well respected Simpsons writer who explained a foundational concept to a new audience in fun, relatable, language. Not rocket science why ppl would be into this & not sure why you wouldnβt want more ppl to feel encouraged to write.
Another writer shared this m answer from legendary Simpsons writer John Swartzwelder & Iβm sharing it as well. I read this interview when I was on Rick & Morty & every single thing Iβve written since then (comics, movies, TV, whatever) like this. Frankly its the only way to write imo
recently I finished a 1st draft of this flash fiction story I was working on and gave up on back in February and the thing you said on placeholder stuff makes a lot of sense along w/ speed stuff. /3
It has been easier to edit now bc I managed to find an archived writing tool that I thought was lost when Write or Die went away. But I managed to find it on the WayBackmachine and used it like I used to. I was able to get something down with time pressures and word counts.

I forget if it was via you via posting this a while back or some place else, but I think the vomit draft is something I'm trying to just use and not be so hard on myself as far as trying to at least get a first draft of something at least existing to edit later. so yeah it helps. /1
All I'm asking for out of this is ONE "Excuse me, Princess!" and they can do whatever else they want.
The coolest dog in the world sits in the sidecar of a fat bike. He is unbothered and wearing doggles
I have some exciting news to share: Iβve just reserved another sidecar adventure with Indy in and around Monterey. Stay tuned for a new video/ load of photos #bikesky
I hope somehow in all this mess someone decides to have Paramount officially release it to theaters. Otherwise I think they're going to just release it on Paramount+ instead. π
ditto
I might've unintentionally, but I don't think my mind fully processed and realized it.
Looking forward to when you can officially drop your take on buff movie Toph. Something to look forward to. π

I think this is one of my favorite cold opens from Drew Carey next to the alien one:
Fun Fact: Daffy Duck actually made an animated guest appearance on the Drew Carey Show, with him being voiced by Joe Alaskey. Check it out! =)

"The Marvel vis dev team has been there for 20 years, and to just dissolve it like that β it's really unfortunate for these people who showed loyalty to the company. They could have gone anywhere else, but they chose to stay with Marvel."
A large white waterfowl with orange feet stands in front of a door. On the door is a cardboard sign secured with tape that reads, "DO NOT LET THE DUCK IN." Adding insult to injury, I think the duck might be a goose.
Whatever you do,
yup, that's pretty much what I prefer.
and maybe multiplayer games where you connect w/ people you know rather than the bigger grand lobby games like the above. Glad people love those kinds of games, but I think i'd prefer a nice single player at the end of the day. β€οΈ
saw your deviantart stuff w/ Who Framed Mario Mario series.
