Well, as it turns out, the damage wasn't bad enough to necessitate a root canal but I still needed a crown, so now I'm just kinda in searing, all consuming pain~.

Someone needs to commission me for that, high key - if only as an excuse for me to get accustomed to drawing a buncha food at once.

Can you tell I’m upset that I can’t eat anything crunchy or sticky for 8 hours?

…Thinking about feederism/mukbang art where the feedee is being very demure, making no mess, leaving no crumbs, abiding by all forms of etiquette, using the correct utensils for every entree and appetizer and patting their mouth ‘clean’ when there was barely any residue to begin with.

See, that's gonna be interesting to experience because I've had plenty of fillings but I've never experienced...nerve killing. |3

Quick's the operative word here, ye. I can deal with a fair amount of pain, I've been under the knife most of my life (hence the lack of savings, teehee), but I wanna be able to just clock out, get the hole in my head, and clock back in for the rest of my shift as agreed upon with my boss. |3

Some people have normal lunches with vegetables and fruit and stuff...

Me? I'm getting my first root canal. 6_9

Yeeee, thank ya!
It’s been interesting riding the line between accurate ‘sona representation and the uncanniness of how flat some features look from any angle that’s not straight on. I’m gonna have a lot of fun riding that tight rope for the rest of my friends and family~.

I'd personally gleefully do donations. I've given Wikipedia $2 every time they've asked.

There was a brief period of time where I kept seeing the take of, “Well, *I* don’t feel like I should pay for an alternative social media platform from the place I just escaped,” from people with active Nitro subscriptions.

My biggest problem with the concept of LLMs, even if they weren’t a giant plagiarism laundering machine and disaster for the environment, is that they introduce so much unpredictability into computing. I became a professional computer toucher because they do exactly what you tell them to. Not always what you wanted, but exactly what you asked for.

LLMs turn that upside down. They turn a very autistic do-what-you-say, say-what-you-mean commmunication style with the machine into a neurotypical conversation talking around the issue, but never directly addressing the substance of problem.

In any conversation I have with a person, I’m modeling their understanding of the topic at hand, trying to tailor my communication style to their needs. The same applies to programming languages and frameworks. If you work with a language the way its author intended it goes a lot easier.

But LLMs don’t have an understanding of the conversation. There is no intent. It’s just a mostly-likely-next-word generator on steroids. You’re trying to give directions to a lossily compressed copy of the entire works of human writing. There is no mind to model, and no predictability to the output.

If I wanted to spend my time communicating in a superficial, neurotypical style my autistic ass certainly wouldn’t have gone into computering. LLMs are the final act of the finance bros and capitalists wrestling modern technology away from the technically literate proletariat who built it.

The quantity and quality of erected American flags.

10 go up in a weekend, 8 are in tatters after the first thunderstorm, 1 fuckin' just gets blown off the pole.

As fun as it is to target you, this is definitely the furthest thing from an isolated incident. XD

I just feel like the main reason people go, "No no, I'm a switch, I promise!!" is stigma and that needs to be evaluated and deprogrammed.
