Depends on how much would be underground, a Military/Milleara Road alignment would have to be all tunnelled. But you would then have stations near the Coles in A.H then at Milleara Mall and maybe also at Dinah Pde before branching away

It will never happen, but as an exercise, here is a proposed route for a Flemington Racecourse line extension to the SG line at East Keilor. Stations at Edgewater, Highpoint, Avondale Heights and East Keilor.
