in the mario galaxy movie, the characters are very in-model for most, if not all, of the movie.
it's a very solid change imo cuz the "illumination faces" really bothered me.

something else about the mario galaxy movie i noticed.
unlike the first movie, this one doesn't have like any "illumination faces" as i like to call them.

and "illumination face" is when the characters really look like they're from an original illumination movie and thus off model.
