Dune Prophecy Is Intricate and Weird In a Very Dune Way Dune: Prophecy is a TV adaptation set 10,000 years before the movies, which is weird, interesting, and flawed in classic Dune fashion.

I reviewed Dune Prophecy, which is a solid take on the series, buoyed by a great performance from Emily Watson. Sure, it's very uneven, takes too long to get going, and is a little dry, but what could be more Dune than that?
