it took me 33 hours to clear m11s and 4 hours to clear m12s p1. 🫠which is nice in a way because 11 in pf nearly made me lose my mind and 12 is fun and refreshing so the change of pace was good. but wow that sure is something!
watching people die to and wipe to mechanics they've had to have seen thousands of times over and over and over is going to make me go insane I fear. like I mess up too sometimes, don't get me wrong. but 2-3 mistakes in a lockout is wayyy different from every pull+
I didn't finish the last tier because m7s pf experience was almost exactly the same as 11, except not as bad. I can't remember if I had a week 1 or 2 clear for 7 but it felt rough then and it feels worse now. I want to enjoy raiding but I feel so drained
something has to have changed in the xiv player base. when I first started raiding I was mostly going it on my own in pf, but I think it's genuinely impossible for me to prog a tier at the pace I want without a static now. I have no idea what happened but it's killing my motivation to finish tiers
you'd think m11 would be easier to clear with better gear and "duty complete" checked, but no. it's just as bad as it was because pf cannot get even a remotely clean run for the life of them. I wanted to try to get my pants before maint but the 0.02% enrage shaved at least 5 years off of my life
it's so dire. it took me over 30 hours to get a clear. like I know I'm not the best player but I genuinely do not remember it being this bad. I've been raiding since the end of shadowbringers so not a super long time, but man.
as a healer I should be allowed to visit one person per party and p*nch them in the nose

it's kind of dire. I pf for week 1 and then run with my fc after about a month. but I've felt like healing and mitigation (in addition to failed mechs) has REALLY suffered recently. I would rather take a 0 in dmg and 98+ in healing and actually clear the fight but it sure feels bad doing it
