I love reading novels. I’m always amazed by folks who don’t read fiction. There is nothing better, to me, than being in the middle of a book that you can’t wait to return to. It’s like living two lives at once.

Tomorrow I get to find out if I’m losing my job due to budget cuts or if I get to teach another year. If I get anything lower than fourth grade, I’ll quit and go somewhere else. I just hate the secrecy and anxiety surrounding it, though. It feels like reality TV. “On tomorrow’s episode…” 🙄📺
