So sad to hear about the death of David Lynch. He was one of a small number of directors that opened up a completely different world of film and TV. Blue Velvet and the Elephant Man terrified me when I was growing up. Mulholland Drive, Twin Peaks and Lost Highway continue to baffle me now.
