During the first Trump admin, we saw detailed info about regulations get removed while changes those regulations were up for public comment — so it’s hard to do your research on the impacts or reasons for the existing version of the regulation.

Now we’re starting to see this pattern again.

As a kid, I never quite understood how brother turned against brother in the American Civil War. Seeing my dad's unwavering refusal to believe the violence happening in the US now provides the perspective I lacked as a kid.
