Proud to support Horizon on Villa, a transformative affordable housing project in Phoenix. We recently closed a $35M Multifamily Revenue Bond transaction to help advance this @cityofphoenixaz.bsky.social and Gorman partnership, repositioning public housing in Edison Eastlake (Phase IV).
Late last year, we successfully closed on $15 million in Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds to support the development of Helen Drake Village, a new affordable senior housing community in the Alhambra neighborhood of Phoenix.

Phoenix IDA received a $75M New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation from the U.S. Treasury’s CDFI Fund—PCDIC’s 6th straight year. This helps unlock private investment to create jobs, expand healthcare/education, support workforce development, and strengthen local economies.
PCDIC, managed by the Phoenix IDA, closed on $12.5M in NMTC funding to support CASS’s new Senior Haven — a former hotel being transformed into an emergency shelter for adults 55+ experiencing homelessness. We’re honored to help expand these critical services for vulnerable seniors.
The Christian Care Foundation has partnered with the Phoenix IDA since 1985. We recently closed a $79.1M refunding bond for Fellowship Square Surprise, refinancing its 14.6-acre senior living campus with 313 units. We’re proud to support quality senior housing in Arizona.
