just been spending every day trying to get better. had a bad couple of days due to bad med reactions but i think i'm finally on the right path, so just keeping positive thoughts and shit. first time i'm really 100% trying to help and fix myself bc i've tried a lot and failed and it's different here
just trying to get back to a normal life - haven't prolly had that since april of this year. that's when i started spiraling and that's what caused me to seek help and they advised all this leave shit. just a reminder to the youngins that it's never too late to finally get help for your issues
learning that you have more mental illnesses than you thought was not the 30 year old revelation i expected but shit, it's been rough trying to adjust. meeting with docs and therapists weekly just so i can be back into shape for work has been crazy. i mean it's true but i never knew i was disabled
using this as a venting place since too many people follow me on twitter - been on work leave for a couple months and might have to extend it bc the meds they started me off with ain't helping and we gotta go back to square one. bit worried that it might not go through but grateful that i have this

good news tho is that like i'm getting better for the first time in forever - my job is super gracious and i'm so lucky i can get a couple of months off to sort things out and i'm still getting paid with insurance so like i can't complain at all. i'll be more candid here bc too many ppl on twitter
