I went to my favorite record store yesterday morning to get the Sugar FU:EL box (got it!) - showed up late to avoid the line, still stood in a huge line. I do not engage in the RSD collector hype stuff, but I sure do love to see people get excited about records, and stand around talking about music.

Sounds great. No industry plants detected

Also, my first show with phones locked in bags, and man I want every show to be like that

One more maybe-last-chance to see Bob Dylan tonight. Still great after 60-whatever years on stages. Killer band, interestingly inscrutable arrangements. A fine night.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you hate the plasticy resonance of your egg shakers, a couple wraps of gaffer tape works wonders.

So wild to think how 25 or so years ago, amazon was a website where I went to get books I couldn't find locally and now it's some kind of intergalactic monster with a satellite network and a movie studio
