Sometimes it's tough to focus on things like work when there's just an avalanche of anxiety-inducing things happening

AOC is obviously the leader of the Democratic party. The time between now and when that becomes the reality, will very, very likely be more of the same tired appeasement tactics and sad sop losing.
Good luck Caroline!
Hey I have this. Can confirm, it's decent. Smells nice, too.
#Figbruary 18 - Skeuomorphic note icon. A lot of icons this year for some reason. 2 variations; with and without a button-like background. I personally prefer flatter, simpler icons, but whatever floats your boat :)
My simple take on a clock widget for #Figbruary 17 - futuristic/sci-fi. I felt like it worked well with a cyberpunk theme and a slight glass effect. Made in Figma.
#Figbruary 14 - Animated Icon Microinteraction. Just a simple upvote/downvote arrow icon animation when pressing and clicking. Made in Figma.
I wasn't ready for how kick-ass this was. It's been on repeat.
#Figbruary 12 - Flip card animation to reveal content. Quick hit today. Made in Figma.
#Figbruary 10 - B&W punk flyer for a fictional band "The Figmos"
Had fun with this one. Made in Figma.
I used line shapes but rotated them and resized some to 0.5px size to get them to not be as blocky, because Figma let me do it. The full thing is still only 8x8
#Figbruary 9 - Pixel art in an 8x8 grid. Windowsill cactus.
Does “Golden Age” refer to a time when planes keep crashing, eggs cost $10–15 a dozen, the U.S. is being booed and protested by all our allies, workers are losing their jobs, and Americans’ personal data is being rummaged through by unelected oligarchs and their strange crew of 20-something incels?
Redid my #figbruary 4 challenge for a radial menu. Felt lazy only having one level, so... MORE!

Step up your grilled cheese sandwich game. Use boursin cheese. Life changed.
#Figbruary 5 - Save Icon "wrong answers only"
Save directly to your brain!
#Figbruary 4 - Radial Menu for a game
Mocked this up fairly quickly in Figma. Timeboxed myself because I realized that each radial menu can spur more radials and didn't want to go down that rabbit hole right now 💀
Doing the @figma.com #figbruary prompts when they call to me this year. Here's my day 2 prompt - minimal music player
Bluesky was not great for the video format on this one (too tall), so I've just included some images for now.

So, we still all doing daily Wordles or has that trend passed? I've gone from pandemic level of daily solving to like twice a week if I remember.
Yessss another opportunity to see you at Off Broadway!
Have you watched the first one an equal six times? Can't throw off the balance.
It is the curse of a bearded man to like the messiest foods. Wings, anything with marinara sauce, most desserts... 😩
What a way to die though. Wouldn't be so bad.
A bearded man wearing a black metal band tshirt, glasses, and a beanie cap.
I'll be 40 in 2026 and I don't think I'm ready for that on almost any level.
This country is cooked. Elon doin Nazi salutes, rich billionaire fucks getting seats at the inauguration, elimination of LGBTQ+ sites, Trump undoing price restrictions on medication, cities bracing for deportation waves... I can't even focus.
Now is the time for Godzilla to make landfall in the United States.
That would be awesome and should definitely be the stick standard these days.
Gyro controls are neat but limited. I feel like it doesn't work for every game type. A reliable stick that doesn't drift is going to be more accurate than me physically moving in the space I'm in.
Are the joysticks using hall effect sticks to prevent the recurring stick drift issues? Would be awesome if so.
Excited for the bigger screen and improved controllers.
