We talk about fuel and food prices. We talk about the economy. What we don’t talk about enough because it isn’t happening on our soil is the impact of war on the human beings where the actual attacks are happening.

Attkisson is a five-time Emmy Award winner, and a Radio Television Digital News Association (RTNDA)
Edward R. Murrow Award recipient. She was formerly an investigative correspondent in the Washington bureau for CBS News and a substitute anchor for the CBS Evening News and then went to The Daily Signal, a news feed from think tank The Heritage Foundation.
Attkisson resigned from CBS News in 2014, after 21 years with the network. She later wrote the book Stonewalled, in which she alleged that CBS News failed to give sufficient coverage of Barack Obama controversies, such as the 2012 Benghazi attack.
Attkisson has received criticism for publishing stories suggesting a possible link between vaccines and autism, a claim that has been rejected by the scientific community.

Based on my recent reporting trip to Minneapolis (and we were told as much by the locals), it is unsafe for people who are white and not known to key people in the area to be in certain neighborhoods or stores.
If you are not accompanied by a known
local, you may be profiled, followed / tracked, approached and questioned by people who will demand answers but not tell you who they are, told you "don't belong," told to leave, and/or made to feel threatened.
I'm talking about peacefully going to
public places in an open society.
I was surprised, too.

5 Times The Animatronic Fox On Splash Mountain Addressed Me By Name And Told Me He Was Going To Marry My Dad I recently went on vacation to Disney World with my family. It was a lot of fun until I went on Splash Mountain. There are a lot of animatronic animals on that ride that sing and dance before you go over a big drop at the end, and although most of these robotic animals are wonderful to watch as you float down the river, there was an animatronic fox that started addressing me by name halfway through the ride. He told me that he was going to marry my dad. He did that five times.

Hey! So @elitalksmpls.bsky.social and I need to raise another $2200 to feed 40 families this week. If you donate $50 or more and post or message proof, I will draw a bird for you. If you donate $100 or more, my son Micah will draw a bird for you.

look at 2023. every policy we passed that was popular was to the left of tim walz—but he signed them all and then ran on them as VP, and they made him look like a much more progressive candidate

tim walz did not run on 100% clean energy and trans-refuge and DL for all and free lunch

we did that.

I think that even if it turns out that he doesn't do it -- that it was bluster or he changed his mind or whatever -- it doesn't make you retroactively alarmist for taking it seriously.

The man who watches Trump all day, every day Aaron Rupar spends up to 80 hours a week following the US president, from meandering speeches to impromptu press conferences. He says it’s ‘pretty bleak’

“It’s difficult to cover him in a way that conveys how unhinged he is. Journalists are trained to be like, ‘OK, what did he say that was newsworthy?’ So you convey that to your audience. But in reality, when you actually watch, you see he's full of hatred, lying constantly, and very incoherent.”

sorry if this seems harsh but I don't think the president should be allowed to post "a whole civilization will die tonight" and still be president
