“WAGMI” — we're all gonna make it — was crypto's 2021 rallying cry. But those with wealth and power knew it was a lie, and that “all” just meant them. My latest traces the last five years from hype to technoligarchy — and why they're not all gonna make it either.

Just think of it as a end-of-season cliffhanger where you have to wait all summer to see the conclusion. Although I always hated those... 😀

Sundog, a memecoin by crypto billionaire Justin Sun, just posted a meme depicting its mascot controlling the White House. Sun has spent (or will shortly spend) a total of $213 million on Trump-connected crypto projects.

What is happening now in the federal government is what happens when private equity takes over a company. They come in with confident ignorance and cruelty, they tear the company to shreds, they extract millions. The company fails and everyone else loses their job. They always get away with it.
