One of the most atmospheric games I’ve played recently is Metal Garden, a short FPS with a very unique feel.
The gigantic structures make me think of Ico, with a more industrial twist.
And it’s unapologetically gray.

Back in the days, when Capcom ported the street fighter alpha series on SNES and Gameboy Advance, they redid all the sprites. That's a labour of love !
