I live in a jurisdiction that has a tax like this in place; home owners in designated areas have to declare annually if the home is their primary residence - they can only have one primary residence. If it's not their primary resident they pay the tax

When he approached my front door I was a bit uncertain why a stranger was at my house so early. When he said he had my wallet I was skeptical and confused. English wasn't his first language and he handed me a note. I was confuse. I still don't know I had lost anything.

Last night on my bike ride home from work my wallet fell out of my pocket. I didn't notice that I lost it. This morning a gentleman came to my door with my wallet. It was soaking wet from being in the rain all night. When he came to my door I still had no idea I had lost it.

I doubt Hage is the type of player that they would trade (especially cause his trade value is precarious until he signs an ELC). I'd love to see Hage asap but also see a world where hes on team in 27-28
