That moment when your physical therapist has no experience in care for Myoclonic Dystrophy and needs to spend some time reading research papers and treatments for my shoulder, neck, and wrist injuries. Fun I tell ya .

You know, if they'd just STOP doing Nazi shit all the time, we'd stop calling those fuckers Nazis.

It's not that complicated.

This is the first picture we have taken together as one unit and I will treasure it forever. Having us all together has been the most rewarding part of life for me . My children are the treasures of my life and my future. This photo is decades of belief we could be together again.

I got new chickens because this was not hard to predict. They start laying soon and I am quite happy with my decision to have food sources of my own.

Currently on my easel returning to my creature world. Using paint techniques with pastels has its own hurdles but I am truly enjoying the process.

My new years push is to work on a doom pile at least 2x a week. And, to finish one art piece a month. This may seem like small goals but they serve to fulfill my moderation goals and achievement goals.

The crazy part is most of them were bought while on vacation on facebook marketplace and a few thrift stores. The ones from marketplace were $30 and the thrift stores were around $24. And that accounts for over half of everything in the box. #frugalartist #reusesupplies #pastels
