I don’t have all the answers, but I run a free digital convention for indie comic creators and fans. The next show is set for May 2-3 and we’re now open for submissions.

Tabling at many cons has become unaffordable. Table costs continue to rise, as do travel and accommodation. Shows are more expensive to attend, leaving less $ to go around. It doesn’t have to be this way.
