After the White House complained about an unflattering photo of Karoline Leavitt, it was removed from AFP and Getty’s systems. This is the photo in question. Please do not repost it. 👇

Trump Orders War Crimes. Then What?
The last decade has been a learning experience for Americans. We have learned that:
- Some meaningful percentage of our neighbors want fascism.
- Our Constitution and the rule of law are approximately run on the honor system.

Omg! Huge shoutout to San Francisco, CA! Ocean Beach, you crushed it! 🌊
No kings
If you're heading to No Kings today, leave the bear spray, weapons, and zip ties at home - this is NOT a Republican event.
A drunk former fox news host refused to promote two Black and two female officers because a convicted felon and 5x draft dodger does not want to stand next to a Black woman at military events.
Think about that for a second.
I'm attending No Kings's event, “NO KINGS San Jose (50501/Indivisible)” - sign up now to join me! www.mobilize.us/mobilize/eve...
THIS Saturday. Get on out there! Find a march near you. #NoKings
Trump unconstitutionally sent US to war at behest of Israel and Mohammad Bone Saw. Nice.
🇮🇱 and 🇸🇦 first!
Death of an American journalism icon and a win for GOP disinformation.

Eight Things You Need to Know About the Trump-Backed So-Called “Save America Act” By Jennifer Cohn, 3/13/26
The SAVE America Act is a voter suppression scam. It would take away the rights of working people to make their voices heard at the ballot box.
The Senate must reject this bill.
goddamn is this a breath of fresh air after Allred 2024
This is off-the-charts bigoted. GOP goes against everything the USA was founded upon.
Some people didn't like Republicans like the Bushs or John McCain, but they would never have accepted this. (Though I wonder, why doesn't GWB speak out?)
The SAVE Act is a major attack on voting rights. It is not a genuine voter ID reform, but rather an attempt to suppress turnout in future elections.
Lil' Marco has some big shoes to fill.
So far the war in Iran has cost an estimated $5.5 billion.
That's roughly $1 billion per day.
$41,666,667 per hour.
$11,574 per second.
People do not want this.
They want a living wage. They want healthcare. They want to be able to afford a home. They want their basic needs met.
How does the UK feel and what will they do about it? It seems pretty foolish for other countries to trust America. Any agreement the US makes can be ignored or reversed by our king's whim.
Do Congress and the American people remember what the Constitution requires?

Every Member of Congress needs to understand that the upcoming War Powers Resolution vote will be a defining vote — just like the Iraq War vote that defined a generation of politicians.
But our elected officials won’t understand how significant the vote is unless they hear and feel the outrage now.
I'm sorry, if you're going to make a big show about how you've got a Department of WAR helmed by a Secretary of WAR and staffed by WARfighters, it's totally inane to then claim that your massive bombing of a foreign country constitutes something other than a war.

if only everybody took enough for himself and nothing more, there would be no pauperism in this world, there would be no more dying of starvation in this world. But so long as we have got this inequality, so long we are thieving."
-- M. K. Gandhi www.mkgandhi.org/faq/q5.php
"I suggest that we are thieves in a way. If I take anything that I do not need for my own immediate use and keep it I thieve it from somebody else. I venture to suggest that it is the fundamental law of Nature, without exception, that Nature produces enough for our wants from day to day, and ...
In the days leading up to the U.S. military offensive in Iran, Pete Hegseth must have been quite busy. The logistical challenges associated with an aggressive bombing campaign in the Middle East are enormous, and it stands to reason that the mission dominated the Pentagon chief’s time and attention.
